Bring it to the Kingdom Leaders’ Lab.

The Lab is a live work session for faith-led leaders. You may lead at church, at work, in a school, or in your own business.

We will use God’s Word to help you see the issue clearly. Then you will choose one step to take.

You will not leave with more notes and no plan. You will leave knowing what to do next.

The Lab will help you:

  • Name the real issue.
  • See what may be holding you back.
  • Look at the issue through God’s Word.
  • Choose one faithful next step.
  • Start using what you learned.

Step 2: Build Your Plan

Kingdom Leadership Roundtable

Some problems need more than one session.

You may know what God told you to do. But you may still feel stuck.

You may need to make a hard choice. You may need to stop doing what no longer fits. You may need a clear plan for the work ahead.

The Kingdom Leadership Roundtable gives you room to do that work.

This is a 90-day group experience. You will name the gap in your leadership. You will make the choices the work calls for. Then you will build a plan you can use.

You will leave with:

  • Clear words for the problem.
  • The choices you need to make.
  • A 30-day action plan.
  • A 90-day plan.
  • Your Next Step Blueprint™ (on-demand course).
  • Three months in the Kingdom Leadership Academy.

The main Roundtable session lasts three hours. The group is kept small so each leader has room to work.

There are no more than 15 leaders in each group.

You must apply for a seat. Not all who apply will be invited to join.

Step 3: Keep Growing

Kingdom Leadership Academy

A good plan is not enough.

You still have to do the work.

New questions may come up. Old fears may come back. Life may pull your time and focus away from the plan.

The Kingdom Leadership Academy helps you stay on track.

The Academy gives you a place to learn, ask for help, and grow with other faith-led leaders.

You will keep working on the plan you built. You will also grow in the faith, skill, and strength you need to lead well.

The Academy will help you:

  • Carry out your plan.
  • Work through new problems.
  • Make wise choices.
  • Stay true to what God told you.
  • Grow with other leaders.
  • Keep moving when the work gets hard.

Your first three months in the Academy come with the Kingdom Leadership Roundtable.

After that, you may stay for $97 per month.
