Our listeners are leaders who want to close the gap between where they are today and what their next level requires.

Who I’m Looking For

I welcome guests with real experience and useful insight in executive, educational, faith-based, business, author-development, or teen leadership.

You should be ready to share real examples, offer practical lessons, and have a thoughtful, lively conversation.

You do not need to be loud or polished. Be yourself. Bring substance, warmth, and a willingness to talk openly.

This is a leadership conversation. Your work will have a place in it, but the focus is what listeners can learn from your experience.

How It Works

Our team reviews applications. I make the final guest selections. Applying does not guarantee an invitation.

Step 2: Choose Your Monday

If selected, you’ll receive guest instructions and a request for your preferred Monday date and one backup Monday.

Interviews are recorded on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. Central Time only. Please reserve 10:00–11:00 a.m. CT.

Our team will confirm your date and send a Riverside calendar invitation with your studio link and recording details.

Most guests move straight to booking. We may request a brief conversation if we need to clarify your topic.

No Fee to Be Interviewed

This is an unpaid guest opportunity. There is no application fee and no fee to be interviewed.

Guests receive links to the published episode to share.

An optional paid Guest Visibility Package may also be offered for guests who want edited clips, graphics, and other media assets. Purchasing it has no effect on selection, the interview, or publication.
