Raising Leaders, Not Followers™ is a one-year leadership and life-skills program for teens ages 13 to 17.
It helps teens grow into clear thinkers, wise decision-makers, strong communicators, and responsible young leaders.

The Behavior May Be Easy to See
The Missing Skill May Not Be
Your teen may forget what you asked them to do.
They may wait until the last minute.
They may shut down when it is time to speak.
They may follow a friend even when they know the choice is not wise.
They may avoid hard talks.
They may blame others when something goes wrong.
They may need the same reminder again and again.
It is easy to call this laziness, disrespect, fear, or a bad attitude.
But the behavior may be showing you a skill your teen has not learned yet.
They may need help learning how to:

This Is Leadership Training for Life
Raising Leaders, Not Followers™ is not another class where teens sit and listen.
It is an active leadership experience.
Your teen will hear short audio stories about choices real teens may face.
Each story will stop at a key moment.
Your teen must decide what the person in the story should do next.
They will not be told the “right” answer first.
They will make a choice.
Then they will see what that choice could produce.
They will look at how the choice may affect:
- Other people
- Trust
- Responsibility
- Follow-through
- The next choice that must be made
- The future result
Your teen will learn that every choice leads somewhere.This is how leadership moves from a lesson into a way of life.
Your Teen Will Not Just Learn About Leadership
Your Teen Will Practice It
Each leadership lesson follows a clear path.
1. Hear the Story
Your teen listens to a short private audio story based on a real-life teen choice.
2. Make a Choice
Your teen decides what should happen next and explains why.
3. See the Result
The next part of the story shows what the choice may produce.
Some choices build trust, freedom, and growth.
Other choices may bring stress, loss, or a need to repair harm.
4. Look at the Impact
Your teen uses the Decision Impact Clarity Brief™ to look at the full result of the choice.
This helps them think past what feels good right now.
5. Learn the Leadership Skill
A short teaching video helps your teen understand the lesson behind the choice.
6. Practice in Real Life
Your teen completes a mission at home, at school, or in the community.
The goal is to use the skill in real life.
7. Talk About What Happened
Your teen reviews the result, explains what they learned, and decides what they will do next.

- Waiting for constant reminders to taking more ownership

Parents Are Part of the Process
Parents are not asked to do the program for their teen.
The teen leads the work.
The parent serves as a Leadership Partner.
You will receive short Parent Playbook videos to help you understand the skill your teen is learning.
You will also receive simple ways to:
- Ask better questions
- Give your teen room to think
- Support growth without taking over
- Help your teen review a choice
- Notice progress
- Use the same leadership words at home
You do not have to become your teen’s teacher, coach, or therapist.
You are there to support the practice.
Your teen must do the leading.
Your Teen Will Build Proof of Growth
Teens will build a Leadership Portfolio during the program.
The portfolio will hold:
- Choices they made
- Leadership missions they completed
- Problems they worked through
- Lessons they learned
- Goals they set
- Ways they repaired mistakes
- Proof of stronger follow-through
- Reflections on how they have grown
This gives your teen more than a good feeling.
It gives them a record of how they learned to think, choose, speak, act, and lead.

It serves a different need.
